Making Current Jelly part 2
Clean and wash jars, then sterilize in hot water. Add lids and lid rings, low simmer.
Put jars on a clean towel and let drain. Add 1 tsp of butter to the jelly to reduce foam.
When the current jelly has boiled a minute, take off the heat and ladel the jelly immediately into the jars thru a funnel.
Clean the top rims of the jars then place the lid and rings on the jars to close.
Put the jars with tightened lids into a hot water bath and gently bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes.
Then take the jars out of the water and place them on the towel upright. Listen to the lids pop as they
seal. That's it! Yum.
