Susan making Current Jelly Part 1

First pick the current berries, clean, rinse and drain.

Add water to the berries and bring to a simmer.

Mash the berries and separate the seeds from the juice.

Strain the juice a few times to make sure all of the seeds are separated from the juice.

Add sugar, Apple Juice Concentrate and Sure-Jell. Bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute stirring constantly.
